Thank you for all the upper cuts and the late cuts. Thank you for all the audacious pulls and hooks. Thank you for all the sweeps and slog sweeps. Thank you for all the innovative reverse sweeps and paddle sweeps. Thank you for all the deft flicks and nudges. And ofcourse, thank you for all the signature straight drives.

It has always been a pleasure watching you bat. And it always will be.

    Even though I am not a cricket buff..i'd love to write a letter like this to the little master...for it is through him that people like me(oh-we-dont-like-cricket!!..ok dont throw ur comp at me,,or block my blog for this)are familiar with cricket..coz if its sachin whos batting..its gotta be good..
